- Historic Milton Farmers Market, the first to open for the season in Sussex County on Friday April 27th, 2012.
- Horseshoe Crab & Shorebird Festival on Memorial Day Weekend
- Summer Free Concerts in Milton Memorial Park every Wednesday at 7 pm during June, July and August
- Milton Garden & House Tour on the 2nd Saturday in July sponsored by the Milton Garden Club. This year that will be on July 14th from 10 am to 4 pm.
- Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and their very popular tours.
- Bargains on the Boardkill & The Great Duck Race in conjunction with the Canoe & Kayak Race on the Broadkill River in Milton Memorial Park on the 4th Saturday in August. This year that is August 25th, from 9 am to 3 pm
- The St. Patrick’s Day Parade sponsored by Irish Eyes Pub & Bar
- The Christmas Parade on the 1st Wednesday in December sponsored by the Milton Fire Department
- The Holly Festival at the Milton Fire Hall and the Milton Holiday House Tour both on the 2nd Saturday in December, sponsored by the Milton Chamber of Commerce.
- The Town-wide Yard Sales – Spring is on the 1st Saturday in May and the Fall Sale is on the 2nd Saturday in September.
